How to request cancellation of my paid subscription
To request cancellation of your Verifacti paid subscription, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the billing section.
  2. Click on "Cancel".
  3. Follow the steps until you confirm the cancellation.
What are the consequences of cancelling my paid subscription
Important considerations in case of cancelling the paid subscription in Verifacti:
  • Once you have requested cancellation of your subscription, you can continue using Verifacti until the end of your billing cycle (monthly or annual). Once the period ends, the cancellation of your subscription will take effect automatically.
  • Deactivating NIFs is not the same as cancelling the subscription. Even if all the NIFs you have created are deactivated, you will continue to be charged the price equivalent to 1 NIF in production, which gives you the right to use functionality such as the ability to create NIFs in the test environment, webhooks, and the NIF Management API. To stop paying, it is necessary to cancel the paid subscription.
  • Once you cancel your subscription, the NIFs and webhooks you have created will be automatically deactivated.
  • If you try to make submissions with API Keys from NIFs you created that have been deactivated as a result of subscription cancellation, these submissions will fail and cannot be made.
  • Remember that once your subscription is cancelled, any invoicing record (XML) generated by Verifacti will be deleted after 30 days, except for the very last one (needed to continue your XML chain in case you resume submissions to the AEAT).
  • If you want to keep the XMLs, remember to use the export XMLs endpoint to obtain the XMLs before cancelling the subscription to avoid losing them.
