Look the invoice up with POST /verifactu/status, sending serie, numero and fecha_expedicion (and fecha_operacion if you sent it). The API queries the AEAT and returns the record with its uuid, status and hash.
  • If it is found, the invoice is already registered: do not send it again.
  • If it returns "Factura no encontrada", it may not have reached the AEAT yet: records are submitted asynchronously, usually within a few minutes. Wait a few minutes and query again before resending it.
  • If the query returns 502, the AEAT did not respond: try again later.
If less than 24 hours have passed since the submission and you kept the Idempotency-Key, you can also repeat the same request with the same key and body: you will get the original response, with the uuid, without creating a new record.
In TicketBai, POST /ticketbai/status accepts the same fields.
